When a Mixed-Model Order May Be Feasible
Mixed-model production is a quotation question, not an automatic entitlement. Feasibility may improve when selected models share components, finishes, approved packaging formats or production processes. Prepare a model-mix worksheet with the factory model, sales SKU, fuel type, finish, target market, packaging language, branding method and planned quantity. Build a Lower-Risk Launch Assortment
Start with channel demand rather than the largest possible catalog. A distributor can identify the primary price tier, target user, retail channel and expected selling season.
